This is the first payment for all commissioned/custom-made orders. Second/final payment for the remaining balance of the project is due upon completion before pick-up.
All custom-made items are final sale, and are not accepted for returns or exchanges. Additional fees may be added for extra material and labour costs at the discretion of the artist.
